UCS always has a site supervisor assigned to the project.
The sub-contractors report to UCS and the client is never expected to supervise the work being completed

We are fully licensed in PA.
A certificate of insurance for the specific project will be provided after contract is executed.
Who designs the projects?
UCS can bring to the table all facets of the design process including the following:

UCS will provide both budget and final quotes/proposals for fully designed projects
How do you plan projects and maintain a timeline?
A Microsoft project schedule will be provided showing start dates, end dates, and expectations for lead times for materials.
When is payment expected?
UCS works on a 30-day payment expectation unless otherwise negotiated before contract execution.
An invoice will be presented 15-30 days after the project is started and with a net 30-day payment term.
No down payments are expected unless a specialty item is requested and presented with a long lead time.
What work guarantees does UCS provide?
UCS provides a one-year workmanship guarantee.
How does UCS handle insurance claims or breach of contract filings?
Frankly, we strive never to be in a situation where this is necessary.
UCS has never had a claim filed or threatened to be filed and has never not completed a project.
We pride ourselves on completing our work in a safe and timely manner.
Does UCS provide bonding?
Construction bonds are a type of surety bond that protects against disruptions or financial loss due to a contractor's failure to complete a project or failure to meet contract specifications.
UCS is fully bondable if required.
Do UCS employees have security clearance ?
UCS can ensure that all personnel on site have sufficient background clearances for any project.
